Cheated by reliance mart staff while making payment from debit card

Sir, i purchased digital camera from rel. mart, sector 35, from ur staff mr. sagar, vide bill no.826219009890dt.7-12-08 of rs.3999 and given rs.2000 cash, for balance 2000 i gave my debit card of vijaya bank to sagar, who took my card to one mr. biju, he tried swap on his machine of axis bank but slip not came out, then biju took my card to some other machine where he removed rs.1500 500 2000=4000, so total they have taken rs.6000 instead of rs.4000. i checked my a/c in the morning and found rs.2000 excess payment taken by ur staff and again went to rel. mart to get refund but they did not. sagar was absent, biju was absent, one mr.ashok mob. no. 98718-78509 said i will check and do this and that but very sorry to say such a big store i am cheated by. i have also given my mini statement to ashok, request to refund immediately.
