Non reimbursement of the claim

We had mediclaim policy for family from Nation Insurance co.(policy no.460700/48/06/8500000878) my son Sharad had to undergo some "operation" for suspected kideny stone. He was discharged same day, since it did not require hospitalisation for more than 24 hours. Long back we had submitted the claim with paramount health group, okhla, new delhi (PHS ID No.: 4522223) for reimbursement of the bills of doctor, medicins etc but so far the claim is with held for want of hospital bill. At that time we did not know that it will be needed. I request the concerned to reimburse the bills of the claim, without hospital's bill.

I assure that the claim is genuine.
