Reimbursement of Maternity Claim Bills

Dear Sir

I have gone through the claim information given in your site (www.phmhealth.com); the sanctioned amount of my claims is Rs. 8, 575/- (Rs. Eight Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Five only). While the Bills amount submitted by me for Hospitalization was Rs. 9, 922.96 (Rs. Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Two Only).

Now I want to enquire the difference of Rs. 1347.96 (Rs. One Thousand Three Hundred Forty Seven only) in my sanctioned claimed amount. Please also make me clear about the difference of Amount Rs.1444 (Rs. One housand Four Hundred Forty Four only) in Pre & Post medical bills. The submitted bill amount for the same was Rs. 5053 (Rs. Five thousand Fifty Three only). But in the claim information it is mentioned Rs.6497 (Rs. Six Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Seven only).

Maternity Claim Bills could not be cleared till date. I have been sending mails to "Sameer Shivaji Dalvi, Customer Relations" & phm@phmhealth.com but till date I have not received any response. This is a case of mental and financial Harassment which will ultimetally force me to sue your company legally.
