With reference to your above mentioned letter (Whose Xerox copy is enclosed), it appears that 36 installments of P.F. dues in respect of M/s “Parasrampuria Synthetics Ltd” Bhiwadi (Raj) has been deposited till date.

It is also brought forward in your kind notice that your good office had paid me my contribution with interest their on upto year 2002. Whenever I had left my job on 06-05. Why my account has not been settled up to date with contribution upto 06-05, best known by your office.

I am again submitting my form 19 & 10 (c) for the same, without attestation of my ex-employer because my bank account/bank details are still same as it was on my prior submitted form 19 & 10 (c).

I am also submitting the salary slip of December, in which the P.F. deduction is shown, calculation sheet of P.F. account of RJ/4235/2923 w.e.f. 22.07.1999 to till date and annual statement of P.F. account of year 2002 for your reference.

It is therefore requested to you that kindly settle me P.F. account upto date & finally and send my both cheques of balance amounts in my bank account as already mention by me on form 19 & 10 (c).
