My parcel booked from Ambala with consignment no. Z 92618500 has not been delivered to me even after a period of three days. I have been calling again and again to your naraina office but I am sorry to say that no body is giving any assurance. I have launched a complaint No. 147121 but not recieved any redressal so far. The parcel contains Xrays which are needed urgently for an operation. Such a behaviour of a reputed co. like DTDC will certainly bring bad name to the co. PLEASE DELIVER THE PARCEL URGENTLY
