DELIVERY AT WRONG ADDRESS

Dear Sir,

Please refer to my letter dated 4.7.2008 addressed to Delhi Office and Meerut office intimating that a parcel despatched under consignment no 111275568 on 28.6.2008 at the address given below:

The same parcel contains the Common Seal of the Company which is to be used in the legal documents to be filed to the Bank. The parcel should reach Meerut on 30th June. But the same was delivered at the wrong address i.e.

Meerut City.

The parcel was lying with them for 4 to 5 days and I received the same after on 3rd July.

The party has to suffer the loss of Rs 5000/- since the party could not take the loan from the bank and his consignment could not cleared from the custom office delhi.

You are requested to trace out the case and lodge my complaint and claim of Rs 5000/- may be given to avoid any legal complications.
