Not received the winning parcel

I did not receive the UK National Lottery winning cheque and documents package up till now. I have paid the courier fees 280 GBP (Rs. 30, 000/- INR) for Bronze delivery (72 Hours) on 13thSept'08 plus other relevant taxes afterwards to Parcel Flight Courier Service, 82 Victoria Street, Victoria, London SW1, UK.

Mr. Daniel Smith is Handling Officer,

(Tel. Nos. 44-704-575-2140 / 44-703-593-4701 / 2348052195780).

Now again Mr. Daniel Smith is asking me to pay Rs.30, 000/- INR for Air Way Bill charges from New Delhi to Mumbai as the final payment before delivery of my parcel.
