I have sent a parcel to Pecharthal, North Tripura in the date of 09/02 (No. EE828966118IN). The parcel has contains very important goods. but till the date the parcel has not been receipt by the consignee. i have made a complaint to your post office at Jonesgunj, Civic Centre, Jabalpur (M.P.) office but till the date they are not able to solve the problem. we know that your careful about your services, in spite of this if you serve us this type of services how could the public trust on you. In this reference i would be grateful if you could kindly took the matter seriously and do the needful.
