Fraud mail

I have got a mail from pareshyrk@yahoo.com wherein the sender has complaint about an individual who is my employee. This message has sent ripples within our organisation as the content of the mail is challenging the position of my trusted employee. We think the mail has been sent from an id which has been created as a fictitious Id by an inidividual who wants to harm the integrity of my employee. the name of sender as given by the send is also non existent as we have crossverified with the name.

We want to know exactly from where the mail has been created and want to tap down the culprit. We are reproducing below the internet path of the mail :
