This builder is a cheater!

I Mr. Shirsekhar hereby clarify my stand on the subject of Titwala Project of Ms. Parimiti Developers this project was booked at very low prices to customers, that is also at installemnts according to the progress, as i myself understandthe explantion given by the builders regarding the non completion of some aminities in the last 4 years the construction cost shot up to 250% i.e cement went from 110 to 275 steel from 15, 500 to 32, 000 per tonn even labour cost went up to by 200%we got our bungalow completed at a cost, i hope i may not able to build at that time in the cost i gave to builders, nobody after all will be able to complete at a loss, the builders requested us to bear atleast 50% of the loss but when we told other bungalow owners they are not ready to listen even builders reqquest to pay minmum cost of maintenance for use of water electricity was not needed builders waited for another two months, when mounting electricity bill was not paid the caused the break in water supply.

i am totally disagree with your association that if we help the builder in his bad time we can get the entire titwala project completed.
