Need immediat action

Sir,

I have puchased Parisa Jewellery from AVA mercandising thru my HDFC Credit card. I recd the product in damage condition (Jewellery chain is broken) with this i recd free watch which is also no working.

i had given complain thru phone & mail also but i recd same answer that the product will be recover from me & replace immediatly.

But till date is still with me.

My order & complain to AVA Mercandising is 040045096

I have purchased this product in Aug & from that month to till now it is not been replaced.

Need your help.
