I was the last buyer who have purchased Flat in the residential Flat scheme of eight in 2004.

As that time I was in hurry to purchase Flat in the building, so I have not given sincer thought of my

parking area, as the builder alloted each Flat owner 14 Sq ft area in the Flat scheme, as that time

I was having Maruti 800, but now I am purchasing Swift Dezire, and when called Swift Dizire for demo

the demo people failed to insert the Swift dezire in my parking slot, than the demo people have bring

Maruti Swift that too could not e inserted in my parking Slot, width wise my parking slot is lesser

compare to other resident, I have informed the builder thru hand delivered letter, but the builder told

me that he has handeover the scheme to society, so he could not do any thing, we have given hand

delivered one letter to society, but the society is not at all taking any intrest, therfore please suggest

what should I do, shall I send my earliers letters copy by registered post toboth builder and Society or

suggest which consumer court I should contact.
