I would like to lodge a complaint against the paid parking contractor of Apex Mall, Lalkothi Scheme, Jaipur.

My Helmet have been stolen from Helmet lock and when I have complained it to contractor, he is telling that we have no responsibility of helmets, the persons he have engaged have no sense to talk with peoples, they are using foul and cheap language.

And 2 weeks later some one tried to broke the handle lock, when it was complaned he is saying no body have time to do that...

It's normal that petrols are stolen from bikes.

Why he is charging money??? To sit and allow illegal persons to do such mischiefs.

I request to relevant departments to look into the matter and take necessary actions against such contractor.
