Defective model delivered to me

Dear team

i have four mobiles with me all are nokia made and using this for more than 3 years. Last year 5th of december 07 i bought nokia N-6300 MODEL from parkkavi trading pvt ltd by paying cash and the mobile details -359544017126883. i paid cash of rs 8318 as a gift to my wife for her birthday which was on 7th of jan. Even though i purchased on 5th of dec 07, i opened the same only on 7th of jan 08 and gave to my wife as birth day gift. Knowing very well about the brand i bought this system, unfortunately within one month it started showing in true colour, only for a month we have used the mobile and rest of the time it was in nokia centre for problem retification, till now it has not been sorted and my gurnateed period is over. The purpose i bought the model is to capture my new born baby but the system didnt support when i enquired they are now saying that memory card and entire memory system is gone and it cannot be repaired. i am really fed up. I need justice, either by repalcing it or repair my system and give it to me. Hope being a nokia user from day one i will get justice
