Central park a jungle in the middle

The central park in our Block (Block KD- Dakshini Pitampura, Opposite Kohat Metro Station) seems to be a jungle in the middle of the MIG flats.

Trees, are never pruned, shrubs and grass in not cut for the last few months causing lots of inconvenience to the residents.

the street light overhead cables spark even on the slightest of wind blowing and there are every chances of some mis happening any time.

will the authorities take note and do the needful.
