Complaint against MCD

Dear Sir,

I residing Sonia vihar delhi-110094, street no-9 at corner. Me and my family are very very depressed from street Buffalo's. The ratio of animals in majlis park going to increase day by day. Please help us to resolve this matter or suggest us what we do? There are more than 50 Buffalo's near our home only. Besides there are lots of cows and buffalos in our colony. It is very difficult to service here now.
