Manufacturing defect-uneven levelling of seat

I purchased a parryware toilet seat from m/s new ram chander & sons, Rally, Panchkula [haryana] about 3 months back. after fixing the seat it was noticed that one side of seat is higher by 1 inch than the other side. I contacted the dealer & he assured me that it will be replaced by company. he asked me to contact company plumber, mr. Varinder. plumber checked the seat and said that he will send the company foreman. but inspite of repeated reminders no one has come. I sent many e-mails to company also but other than computer generated auto replies I have got nothing positive. Very -very poor customer care services!!! Please get something done.
