Parsvnath builder should be banned from India at the earliest. This builder is nothing but a group of irresponsible thugs. The same thing (increased area) have been done in their all project in Noida and Gr. Noida. So it is there common practice to get money out of people. Mr. Jain does not believe in goodwill etc. I have stopped almost 20 new customer from being getting trapped with this thug builder. Also as God see everyone, this builder has got so much financial crunch that 90% of its projects are on hold and construction is stopped. One more interesting this about this builder is 'The Maintenance of the Complex' - This builder has got some maternal family members who are given the authority to manage the apartments complex the co. name is Basundhra, these guys just take money from you (monthly maintenance) and do the work only for 10% of that money. In most of the parsvnath projects the residents are being harassed by this agency for the money which residents are not supposed to pay. like (electricity charges during construction). So Don't think this builder will be here in the news for long.
