Developers not give back deposit

Ms. parsvnath developers, New Delhi based organization is not give back of my booked appartment block deposit. I booked block atleast 6 month ago and company marketing representive convience me that our project is complete ontime but till yet work not start on site and also they not reponse of my call or email with positive reply. Whenever i ask them they told wait 1 month we start project. I ask marketing representive give me your CEO details for discuss but they aslo not give me.

I booked block in Parvnath Precious, Jamnagar city residential porject.

So i request to you please do needfull to give back my deposit amount. Because we are middle clas people and for us this amount is big for purchase new house.
