Delay in delivery after booking

i'm resident of Kamal vihar oppt Sai Nath mandir, sant Nagar, Burari delhi 84.

I used to book in 20 days at Parul gas Agency, but they never deliver the cylinder on time.

so i request you, please give personal attention on this.
