I am the customer of 650 & 350 KVA connected load in two seperate plants at Phase-II, Noida. I tried to ask the new tarrif regulations from some of your officials but got no correct reply. The story from Shiba has come to you 4 days ago as "WE CONSUMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW THE TARIFF CHARGES LEVIED.THE RATES SHOULD BE INFORMED TO ALL CONSUMERS BEFORE THEY TAKE EFFECT."
