Pathetic Service

I have got my Pleasure scooter serviced with Pashupati Motors Okhla Phase1 branch few days back and after service when received the scooter I have complained same time that there is some problem with SEFL and scooter is starting after 3-4 tries. But supervisor told me that this will keeps on working fine when battery is charged completely. But even after running scooter for next 3-4 days when problem continued one of my associate told me to check with battery. Which I opened at home and shocked to see that there was no water (DRY) in the Battery. So starting with self problem was resolved after I filled the water. Now, new problem has occurred, starting kick is jammed and now I'm afraid if the service personnal have even changed the engine oil or not. I'm paying for services and such a carelessness from HeroHonda authorized service centres was not expected.

Though, I don't use Pleasure much and It hass completed only 11000 kms. There are many other problems faced after this service. Seems that PASHUPATI MOTORS service is pathetic. If they are in need of money w/o doing services then they should told customers in advance so that we can donate.
