Not received passpart even after three months and online status showing wrong person name and DOB

I have applied for passport on 15.05.08 from post office chittorgarh and they gave me the file no. W100162 for cheaking online status but online status showing wrong name and wrong DOB against this no.
and i have not received my passport even after the maximum time limit of three month.
