RTO Registration of my Bike

Hi Sir/Madam,

I had purchased Passion on 26 October from MY BIKE and haven't received my vehicle registration card yet. I have been paid more 1000Rs. to the Police department as a penalty and also suffering from that the same problems right now. I have been requested many times to MY BIKE dealer but they are not responding me.

Please help me in my matter otherwise it would be become a big problem for me.
