Not receipt of passport

Respected Sir,

With due respect i would like to say that i applied for fresh new passport in delhi (INDIA) at Bhikji Kama Place on Date: 20-06.2008 with fees of 1000 Rs/- By cash. After submission of the form with desired documents the deparment generated the slip which mention the File no- A023749 and the Key No. 6502374908, just after 15 days of submission application form the police visited at my house and completed their formalities but still now after 80 days no one came to my house to deleiver the passport still i am unable to receive my passport so please do some thing for me its a humble request to you.
