Delay in receiving passport, np response from there

Hello,

I am pratiksha and I aplied for the passport in the year 2006 when I was in college after that I got the job in Bangalore and since then I am trying to get the passport in Bangalore's residentioal address. I went to Bhopal to submitt Bangalore's add. proof and all, I gave them in hand to the counter. They said I'll be getting my passport im a month but its now more that a year I didn't received it yet. Whenever I call them they say to send the add.proof by courier. I sent it more tha 3 times..still no response from their end. I am fed up now.

Is there any proceedure to get passport. Or can I go and log complain. The officer at passport office is very rude. He has no sence of talking. He is tere to solve people's problem not to creat more problems...

Its true that Govt. services in India is very horrible.

Plz suggest me...
