Non Delivery Of Passport

I want to say that i Baldeep Singh resident of 84-R Industrial Area-B, Ludhiana holder of Indian Passport NO: B5748760, submitted my passport for Police Clearance Certificate for Austrailia on the Date:19/11 bearing the File Number R032382 . On monday I checked my passport status on the internet and i found that my passport has been despatched on 25/11 vide Registration Number S000423.

Further I enquired from the local speed post office and our area post office regarding the same but they told me that they haven't recieved it. Till date I have not yet recieved my passport.
