Passport renewal pending for more than 4 months now

Dear Sir,
I have submitted a passport renewal application on 30th Jul. File no. is HYD-F024916-08. Police enquiry person/Police came and verified the details within 15 days of submission. However we have not received the renewed passport yet. Also whenever we check on the website, we get the status under Police Enquiry.
