SUB: Non receival of passport applied on 12/08/08
With due regards I would like to inform you that I had applied for my passport on 12th august and the details of it is as follows: Name-Purnendu Chatterjee, Key No -6506367108 & the File no –A063671.The police verification in my local police station which is UTTARPARA had been completed by the end of 1st week of September & was forwarded to the District DIB Headquarters at CHINSURAH for onward submission to the kolkata passport office for delivery. I am a general citizen of India without any involvement with any political organizations. But sorry to say that an unlimited time has passed but tha status shows that the police verification has not been received by the passport office of kolkata.i am at a loss & would be greatly obliged if you please look into the matter at your earliest.
