Extraordinary delay in renewal of Passport

I had applied for three passports. one NEW for my doughter, one for RENEWAL of my wifes passport and RENEWAL of my third pass port. Police was made on same time for all .my doughter got passport on 11 september, my wife got it on11 december. I am checking status frequently, and get same status for last four months. we regret the delay in delivery of passport, It wil be delivered within a week.

Send mail to RPO but no reply. it lookes that web sight is just an eye wash.for service of citizens of india. I request once again for early delivery of Passport.
