Passport status showing as 'OTHERS'

Hello,

My name is Mahesh Babu Dasari. I have applied for passport in july and my police verification is completed in JAN.Now in status enquiry it is showing as 'OTHERS'.What is the meaning of that 'WORD'?

Please help me regarding this. How long will take to get passport to me???
