Passport not recd.post man sent back it to concern deptt

Respected sir,

I am pankaj kumar waldia had applied for passport in jan-09 (06-01) file no. is A000712 .As Per your record you have already been dispatched on 02.02.2009. but till date have not recd.as per postman he has sent it back because i was out of station in that period. Now kindly dispatch it again of let me know the status please.
