This is to inform you regarding the delay in the re-issue of my passport. My name is Guruvindapalli Sajeevnadh and my Passport No E1293620 . Recently my passport has been damaged due to lamination. On the 13th of March, I Have submitted my application under TATKAL. Here is my file no. D001422 As per your claim on your web site, my passport has to be issued within 1-7 days from the date of the submission of my application. I am sorry to say that I have not received my passport yet.

My passport status on the web site declares that Police Report has not been received. When I checked with the local police station they have stated that they have not received any file or information from the passport office.

Therefore, I humbly request you to do justice and issue my passport as soon as possible.
