Not recieved passport yet

Hi,

My passport refrence Number is BPL-Z288213-08.

I had applied for passport on 18-06.The status of it is Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined. Before that t was ask to furnish some more document which I did. But now for this whom to contact. I need passport urgently as I have to go to US next month. Please help me on this regard.
