I am writing this complaint with concern that it help to process my application and provide Passport as soon as possible.
Here are my details

Name: THYAGARAJ SWAMYKANTRAJA
I have applied for passport on 29 April from Coimbatore.
The police verification at the Coimbatore was over by first week of May However by that time I was in Kolkata but my parents Have provided the Kolkata details.
When I contacted the Coimbatore passport, they mentioned that the verification is over and it has been dispatched the file to Chennai on 7 July.
I went to Chennai Regional Passport in person and found that the Kolkata verification is still pending and so I provided the Personal Particular Form (PPF) again. They mentioned that the Police verification will be over with 20 days.
Moverever till the end of Decemberthere was no update on the Passport Webiste and the DD also got expired by the end of that month
I was to Chennai Regional Passport Office again and submitted the DD as well as the PPF form in person one more time on March 31. They stated the same that the police verification will be finished within 20 days.
I don' t feel that this will happen until you have a look in to it. Beacuse the details on the Internet is not updated still although I have given the Passport
One more thing to note is that it is going to 1 year (on April 29) and I have not yet recieved the passport.
I want this file to be moved from Chennai to Kolkata as soon as possible.
Once this is done, I hope that the things will go fine.
I have the offer letter of IBM and I need the passport at the end of this month (April 30) in order to join the Company otherwise I wil miss this great opporunity.
If any temporary passport can be issued (ex. for a period for 1 year) then please let me know the procedure.
Please treat this issue as urgent.
