Sir/Madam

I have applied for the Passport File Reference Number: - W370058-08 on 18/02 at Madanapalli Post office. If I check for the status of application through on line it’s showing Police Report has not been received. But I have enquired in Madanaplli passport enquiry department but they respond that still they didn’t received the file. Even I have enquired in the Madanapalli Post office they informed that they have sent the application on 18/02

I would be appreciated if you could tell me what is the status and why its delay
