Exterme delay of passport

Hi,

my name is katpally akshay... my file no is z155711..

i have applied for new passport 10 months back but still did not get my passport...

the passport authorities are not at all responding to my problem

i had given a new "dd", submitted my "pp forms" again but still there is no response and passport is not yet dispatched... i went to regional passport office chennai nearly five times for this purpose but they did not do anything

please help me and get my passport dispatched as soon as possible

i rescheduled my gre exam two times and lost nearly 5000 rupees for this problem

i have to write my gre exam but still i do not have my passport, please help me in this
