Spelling Mistake in Passport

Hi,

I applied for my Wife's Passport Kolkata Passport office. Few days back I received the Passport. But in that My Wife's Name spelling is incorret. In the Passport Application form we have mentioned the correct spelling of her Name, not only on that, each submitted documents, signed photo carried the right spelling of her name. It shows the negligence of the concerned people even in country's highest citizenship proof.

Incorrect spelling of name printed on Passport: MANISHI PATRA

Correct Spelling of Name should be: MANASHI PATRA

Please let me know the process to get it corrected and how much time the whole process will take. Do I need to pay any fees.
