Not get a passport

Sir, I have applied for a fresh passport on 03-06 file no. A030746 and A030747 . In the passport office can any body tell me, why i can't get my passports whether it is dispatch from 20-07. This is a request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. So that i can get the passport, looking for early and positive response.
