Delay in passport issue for my kid

Respected Sir,

As on 10-07 we have applied for passport's renewal for my kid and on 12-08 itself police inquiry has been completed on line information is showing that it will dispached on 31-07 but we haven't received his passport.. Could you please look into this issue and do needful.
