Non receipt of passport

Dear Sir,

I Sunil Kumar Chauhan had applied for renewal of old passport vide GPO Ambala, Speed Post Receipt No-EH059787888IN, File No- CHDW01413508 dispatched on 24 Jun 08. The police verification documents were dispatched by the SP office Ambala City vide their report no 6300 on 26 Sep 08. But even after lapse of 10 months neither the passport has been received nor there has been any observation received from your office.

I through email and personally also tried to contact the concerned officials but no progress was made. The official always reply through mail that your query has been forwarded to the cocerned officer for necessary action. But all in vein.

I am completely dissappointed by the attitude of the officials. You are kindly requested to pl help mein getting my passport at the earliest.
