Delay in issuance of passport

Dear sir,

I have submitted my passport on 2nd April at passport office, Bikhaji cama place, Delhi. and my File no. is A012701-08. I have not yet received my passport yet. I have been there at passport office many times for enquiry but they just have few words that you will receive it within 15days. My police veification has been done within one month of submission. Even my passport status is fine and it says your passport has been dispachted on 25 july. But still i have not recived it. I have emailed so many times to the PRO ans even sectratary at patiala house but they also dont take any action. This is the way the citizens should be treated. All government employees are just taking advantage of their positions and they just don't work and in this only common people like us suffer. They just know how to take action for those who give them bribe. If a person goes by normal procedure then he has to face it everytime. We take out time from our busy schedule to check the status at passport office and you guys don't have courtesy to attend the customer properly. If a frustrated person shows some aggression you guys threaten the customer that you wont issue the passport. I request you kindly to look into the matter and inform me about the status and oblige.
