I have lodged application for issuance of Passport on 06.10.2008 with

file no. as under;

W100595 Nidhi Khandelwal

Status of above applications have been showing in your site today

that policy has been transferred, please see PRO . Earlier we were

informed that passport couldn't be issued as i was not at home during

identity verification. Sir i am studying in CMC MEDICAL COLLEGE

COIMBATORE, at a long distance from my hometown. So, i cannot be present

at my home all the time. In this regard i have informed them about my

hostel's address (cmc medical college, coimbatore), but i have not recieved my passport yet.

In this regard i would like to inform you that complete police

verification reports was sent on 31.12.2008 Vide despatch no .15162.

so I request you to please look into the matter & arrange to despatch

the passport earliest to me as possible.
