Passport
Not issuing passport

Sir,

I applied for my passport on the date of 13-07-09 (In Regional Passport office Patna the date shown as 21-07-09).

My passport file no. is G005387 (Patna). My police verification was also done by my nearest police station. But till now i have not received my passport, there is no any information about my passport, since my police verification has been done but the website of my regional passport office Patna is showing that my police verification has not been done, I kindly request you please help me for issuing my Passpor

for this i shall be obliged to you forever.
