Non receipt of passport

Dear Sir,

I had applied for my passport vide file no. G001451 on 31.8.2007 at Passport Office Ghaziabad.

Since arround 05.9. I am finding status of my application on their internate ste as " Police verification has been waived off and file is under process.". I have not recieved the passport even till date i.e even in Five months..

Grateful, if you would assist in getting the same to me.
