Not receiving the passport

Subject: Complain about not receiving the passport.

Dear Sir

I applied for my passport in 24-11.My passport file reference Number is CAL-W524766-08

I already had my police enquiry previous ten month. After there I enqueary for this in our city Krishnanagar and there officeres told me they were alredy transfared my documentes and i will received my passport very soon. But I still not received my passport also.

Please let me know the present status of my passport as I need it urgently.

So please do some thing needfully.
