How do i collect my passport

Sir, i had applied for passport to RPO KOLKATA and my file no is CALA05489907 group: A . I am working in Noida and i am asked by RPO to bring Bonified certificate and deposit penalty fees Rs 500/-.
So in this case kolkata is far for me, can you please suggest me the prosier to collect my passport from Noida or Delhi offices instead of Kolkata office.
