Passport has not been issued so fa

Hello,

I have applied my passport on 18-02 at Jaipur Passport office but my passport has not been issued after such long time.

Earlier they updated web-status that "police verification waived and File under progress", I waited on this status around 4 months. then all of sudden status changed to "INDICATE DETAILS OF YOUR PROFESSION. IF IN GOVERNMENT SERVICE PLEASE FURNISH "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE"(IN ORIGINAL) FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT AS PER "ANNEXURE-B" OF THE INSTRUCTIONS ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION FORM. THE NOC MUST BEAR THE ATTESTED PHOTO REFERENCE NO. AND DATE OF ISSUE."

I have tried contacting Passport officer via mail and phone but no response.

Can any body help me in this situation? what shall i do to get this process faster.
