Delay in passport

I had applied for a New passport on Feb-4 from the Bangalore One Center and Post Police verification from the Furnished address, there was an Objection raised asking me to provide with the details of my previous addresses (As I was staying in the mentioned address for less than one year (11 months)). I submitted another set of PP forms along with the Address proof of my previous address to the Personal verification officer at the RPO-Bangalore on 10th March.

The Online status of my application still keeps telling "Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing."

This status is been the same since the last 2 months and I am wondering what is happening as it has been verified in my previous address itself on 11th April.

Don't know whom to contact.. noday is picking the phone also. and not even replied my mails.
