Passport
Not recieved my passport from last 6 months

My name is varun chadha. I had applied for Passport on 29 january.

Till today i have not received any passport, or whereabouts of that. I am receiving standard reply for last three months that my my file is not found at chd. office.ihave submited mu passport file at ambala DC> office. and the report from dc office is that they had dispatched the file to chd office after completing the verifications n other formalities on 04th april so pls do the needed favour.i will be very thankful to you.

I am at my wits end. Kindly let me know what to do and whom to approach.

I have an exam for IELTS but it couldn't fructify due to non availability of passport n my exam date is 24th june.
